The apartment is a spacious, updated 1 bed, 1 bath in the Dawson neighborhood, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a great climbing gym. Amenities include a dishwasher, AC, washer/dryer in-unit, and there is an additional laundry room in the complex. There's plenty of natural light in this top floor apartment, which also includes granite countertops, a walk-in closet and a gated parking lot. Management is timely and great to work with. Cats and dogs are also allowed with an additional fee. Does not come furnished. Move-in can be as early as September 12. Lease ends in March 2019. Management fees include about $20 for street cleaning, trash, etc.
