Hi: I live in a great 1BR apartment in Avalon Ocean Avenue I am moving to New York City but my current lease expires on April 30, 2016. I am looking to transfer my lease to another tenant (the new person would have to apply through Avalon and get approved). My base rent is $3,053. In addition, I pay for utilities and renter's insurance. The current market rent for the apartment is higher, so I think it's a great deal for a prospective tenant. I keep the apartment very clean, and I will also get it professionally cleaned so that it will be in mint condition for the new tenant.
