Paradise Lakes is a small community of homes down in old town Bellevue. All our residents have immediate access to our private lake and beach for fishing which is catch and release, boating and swimming. Because we are a small community we like to participate in community wide events such as; community wide garage sales, Easter egg hunts, we have a large gathering with food and games for the kids for the air show and Fourth of July, Halloween decorating contests, Christmas decorating contests etc. which are easy ways to come together as a community and have some fun. We send out a monthly newsletter with reminders, ideas and important information for everyone! I believe we take care of each other here, look out for one another! WE ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING A SPECIAL WHICH IS HALF OFF YOUR FIRST MONTHS RENT FOR ALL NEW RESIDENTS MOVING IN THE MONTH OF MARCH!! Paradise is responsible for trash pick up, tenant is responsible for Gas/Heat, Water and Electric. We do allow cats and small dogs- please inquire for further information. Residents are responsible for keeping their yards clean and free of debris or unnecessary clutter, mowed during the summer and driveways shoveled during the winter months. Paradise does plow the streets and mow the common grounds! The lease term is one year!
