We have a nice, quiet pool where you can easily have a fun gathering if desired. My condo is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, a renovated kitchen with a bartop for a more open concept, track lighting with dimmers throughout, washer/dryer that are only a year old, brand new ceiling fan in the master, brand new stainless refrigerator, water heater replaced 2.5 years ago, and bathrooms had been renovated prior to my purchase. All appliances stay. You get 2 parking spots but there is plenty of guest parking. My building is the only one with a privacy fence with a small, shared green area just off the back porch. We keep a table and grill out back.
