Keep the hot tub covered when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature. No glassware is allowed in or near the hot tub for safety reasons. A $250 cleaning fee may be assessed if the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to trash, food, vomit, or other debris. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours. Please do not rearrange the furniture or decor. Notify us immediately if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay. Illegal substances, activities, or firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. There are exterior security cameras on-site, which do not monitor any interior or private areas. Follow the trash disposal instructions (black bin for general trash, green bin for recyclables) and ensure trash is securely bagged. Any violation of the policy regarding events will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
