-Rental History (Timely rent payment, Lease compliance, Any documented disturbances or rule violations, Proper notice when vacating). If rental history is unavailable, applicants may submit alternative references.
-Criminal History

Convictions will be evaluated individually, considering nature, severity, and how much time has passed.
Applicants may provide evidence of rehabilitation or mitigating circumstances.
