Washer and Dryer is included in the rental. Rent is 1 person per room. Each bedroom has a separate detached bathroom. Both bathrooms have a walk in shower. Living Room has 1 couch, 1 love seat and 1 Recliner. All Furniture has a powered recliner feature. Bedroom #1 King Bedroom comes with King size bed and 2 dressers with Vanity. ( Pictured in Blue) Also includes a closet. ( this rental has the larger walk in shower.) Bedroom #2 Queen Room has a queen size bed and a table ( no dresser, pictured tile floor, No closet) Rent is $850 plus 1/3 utility for Bedroom #1 " King Room" Rent is $750 plus 1/3 utility for Bedroom #2 " Queen Room" There is a renter in a back apartment that keeps to himself. He has a dog that stays mostly in the apartment. The renter in the back has their own entrance/ exit. Ring Camera installed with street view for safety. Must pass credit, rental and background screening. Rent is month to month. I prefer a 6+ month renter but we can discuss your situation.
