Once the deposit is made, the listing will be taken off. If for any reason you are unable to move in on the start date and discontinue the lease, $500 will be deducted and retained from the deposit as service fees. 11. Starting 6 th day of the month if the rent is not received for any reason there will be a penalty of $50/ day until it is paid. 12. There will be a walk down prior to moving in and moving out. There will be property inspection every 6 months.
