If it is a multiple tenant situation I would want the tenants to all know each other and move in simultaneously. Below is how the home spaces are divided. I would have no need to use the 2nd floor so this entire level would be very private to you. The kitchen of course is on the first level and that would be a shared space and you would also enter the home from the 1st floor.

ABOUT ME:
I work as a business consultant with middle TN as my territory. I am out in the field all day Monday-Friday and am not home at all during the days. I also travel for work full weeks at a time (Sunday Sunday) about 1X per month. When I am home I tend to go out for dinner. I'm not someone who likes to be home a lot. Weekends may see me at home more but I also have 3 rental properties that I manage so I often spend my weekends working on them. I'm truly not home a lot. I am a very social person and easy to get along with. I'm very reasonable but not looking to have tenants/roommates who will be utilizing the home for lots of social gatherings, parties, loud music, late nights, etc. In my earlier days I would have been ok with that but as a 41 yo I am not looking to live in that type of environment.
