If you are self-employed, please send a copy of your last two months' bank statement, your recent tax return, and a copy of your W-2.
Renter's Insurance is required. The tenant must provide a copy of the renter's Insurance that states liability insurance of $700k before receiving the keys. The Landlord's name must be added as an additional insured on the insurance policy.
We collect a security deposit, prorated rent (if applicable), first month's rent, and pet deposit within two business days of executing the lease.
The security deposit is one month's rent. The Landlord will only accept electronic payments.
The listing will remain active until the lease contract, all deposits, and rent are collected.
Non-smokers only.
One small pet is allowed; no aggressive breeds are permitted, and a weight limit applies. There will be a $25.00 pet fee per month.
All applicants must have a good credit score, a clean background, and a history of no previous evictions or bankruptcies.
Once we have received your tenant's application, we will forward it to the Landlord for review. If the Landlord approves the application, we will notify you and send your tenant a link to go online, pay the $47 nonrefundable fee, and authorize the background and credit checks.
The Landlord will then review the credit & background reports and let us know if they want to proceed with the lease.
We will notify you and send you a copy of the lease, along with the details of your tenant.
