I am taking part time online classes and work full time, Monday-Friday in Lake Oswego. I live in the very upstairs portion of the home with two bedrooms and my own bathroom. Everybody has their own bathroom..Yey! About her: Introverted yet friendly 40 something female. She enjoys yoga, tango dancing, silver smithing/jewelry making, and involved in the growth of the tiny homes community in Portland. She also works full time, Monday through Friday. She lives on the main floor with two rooms and her own private bathroom. About you and the house: This house is very large (2400 square feet) so there is plenty of privacy for everyone while sharing the main living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a huge backyard. The basement space is big enough for a couch and a cozy "living room" plus your bed and other things. We are looking for a 3rd roommate who is tidy (kitchen especially) and considerate of each other's personal space. We enjoy a positive vibe and the occasional dinner share. We rotate dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and general house duties such as taking out the trash and cleaning common spaces. Both of us are super excited for the coming holidays to decorate and bake all kinds of goodies together. Perhaps you'd like to join us? If interested, I am available to show the place after 4:30pm Monday through Friday and open on the weekends. The space is available is by October 10th (doing a few cosmetic touch ups) for a pro-rated amount for the month. Please respond and tell me a little bit about yourself and with any questions you might have. First and last month are due at signing, no deposit. I would prefer a minimum of a 6 month lease. Please be able to provide proof of employment or funds to cover several months in advance if you are currently unemployed.
