Our rental criteria include a net income of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent, a credit score of 540 or higher, and a minimum of 2 years of rental history. We require no prior evictions, and no open collections or closed collections within the past 2 years without a reasonable explanation. Renters insurance is required at the time of move-in, or it can be provided by default for $15.00 per month. Regarding our pet policy, there is a fee of $25.00 per pet, per month, and a pet deposit of $300.
