I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for May & June and you can sign a new 1 year lease if you'd like after that! Move-in date is flexible and I'm discounting rent for those months. Next to Jewel, across the street from Wake N Bakery, down the street from Angelina's and Get in the Kitchen -Easy access to Broadway bus, Addison Red Line, Lakeshore buses Happy to do virtual walk-throughs or safe, masked walk-throughs for those who are seriously interested. Rent is $1370 but I will discount to $1170 for May and June. If you sign a year lease, it will be $1390 starting in July.
