I apologize for re-posting this ad and not being able to return all the inquiries to see the property, however I had to make considerable renovations to the property when my tenant vacated and I was doing it from overseas. I didn't realize it was in the shape it was in so I was reluctant to show the property in its state at the time. My contractor will be finishing up this week and I will return the 7th of April to sign a lease with the right tenant. It's a great house for 2-3 friends or a family but no more than that. It's an old house with original woodwork and can't/shouldn't take a beating. I will only be home for 2 weeks so if your timeframe is such that you need a month or 60 days to move, it most likely won't work. The home is an all brick end unit with 3BR (one is on the smaller side), 2 FB, pocket doors, wood floors throughout, 15 foot ceilings, deck, central AC, alarm system, and radiator heat. The place is one block east of Georgia Ave restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the metro. The house (including finished basement) is a little over 2100sq/ft. All rooms will be painted prior to move-in back to a neutral off white color as some of the rooms were painted by the previous tenant. Not looking to rent to anyone interested in renting a crash pad. The home is in great shape and my tenant was awesome.
