Room-mate situation is okay with us but you must know...entrance to home is through the huge master you could put up screens etc/there is only enough parking for 1 large or 2 small cars....culdesac is tricky 2nd bedroom is via French doors and is a unique set up but has its own bathroom with tub and deck off of bedroom If you have a dog we will charge extra for security deposit Month to Month Parking is limited We don't charge any extra fees for application (only dog) Month to month agreement if either party is unhappy why make someone stay No smoking Dog with extra deposit ONLY if agreed and renter understands there is no yard for play, small potty area that must be cleaned daily, dog is walked daily, dog does not bark Utilities included in rent: Yard Electric (be considerate with ac if bill goes up considerably we will need to review) Internet Water Garbage Septic stove is run off of propane if you use you will need to fill
