There are a couple of lower door frames and some concrete steps so it's best for someone who is okay with these quarks. The location in Lohi is excellent and walking distance (less than a block in some cases) to the best bars and coffee shops. I'll be upstairs part of the winter season and there may be renters. This means both parties need to be mindful of late-night noise as there's a shared ceiling/floor. This is the main reason this unit is below market price.
