The property has been renovated with all new furniture and appliances and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Additional guests are not allowed in the property. Your safety is important to us and an outdoor camera located above the front door monitors entries and parking lot areas. Silent hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be observed at all times. Monthly cleaning of $180.00 is required for renters staying longer than 30 days or one time fee would be collected for renters staying up to 30 days. Short term monthly Rental available 09/29/25 through 02/28/26. Payment is due on the first of each month. Maximum Occupancy 5 people at all times. No additional guest allowed in the property at anytime. No parties or large groups allowed inside of the condo. No smoking or tobacco/nicotine usage is allowed inside of the property, including the balcony. One designated parking spot. No pets allowed in the property at anytime including assistance pets.
