We are looking for a woman to rent a Furnished Bedroom in a shared Home: there are already two single professional Ladies, so she would take over the private third Bedroom with full-size bed, desk space, bureau and closet. The large shared Bath has full vanity and shower/tub. This is a fully-furnished three-bedroom home, and my sister Ruth is searching for the perfect woman housemate (no couples or kids please). I'm Ron her brother, co-owner: happy to chat about your needs and set an app't. to meet Ruth and see the house. One month minimum rental; stay as long as it works well for all !! Ruth's asking rent for this Bedroom is $680 per month if more than 2 months ($850/month if less). Ruth and her other female housemate want a single working woman as 3rd housemate, rather than someone that is home all the time. You would also have use of the house to include the fully equipped kitchen, family room with cable TV, formal living and dining room, laundry room, and a separate TV/music room for private escapes for movies, reading and the like. The Housemates share in 1/3 each of the PG&E, internet/cableTV costs, water, sewer, garbage & yard maintenance, but we prefer to set a flat monthly Utility Fee to cover your portion. The location of the house is great: just off Hwy. 50 at Bradshaw, near Goethe. The house is just around the corner in the quiet neighborhood of newer homes.
