We are offering: 1. Private large master bed room in a clean, safe, quiet backyard. Room dimensions not including area where you open door and enter: 15" x 13". Closet: 7" x 4" 2. Private entrance. 3. Free laundry on site. 4. Private bathroom with shower and sink. 5. Microwave in room. 5. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, winter heating, garbage etc.) and High speed WIFI included. 6. King size bed and mattress included. 6. Plenty of street parking, very nice neighborhood. 7. No Kitchen access. But, we would love to provide home made veg Indian food as an option 8.
