This home is well insulated, well maintained, efficient, and clean. Pets are welcome, but are breed restricted, based on insurance policies. Incomplete applications (or applications without 90 days proof of income) cannot be processed. Security deposit required to hold the property, first month rent due at lease signing. This home is leased as a drug free/smoke free home, and we appreciate tenants' respect of and cooperation with those policies. Thank you!
