Within walking distance of most of south campus (Ramsey, the health center, East Campus Village dining hall, Driftmier) and all of Five Points, which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and an Earth Fare grocery store. It's about a 5m drive or bus ride downtown, and there's a bus stop just around the corner, super convenient.
