• We wash our own dishes when finished eating. I've been living here alone a long time. I have 2 cats and the building has a 2 pet limit. You get your $800 desposit back soon as all your belongings are moved out. I prefer 1 person but I will accept a couple. I will interview and we exchange information. If I get called out of town I pay you $50 a month or more to take care of my cats. I will clean up before you move in including clearing out the office for it to be your bedroom. There is a window to the front. You get 1 closet in the bedroom but you have hallway closets and bins for your belongings. Out what you want in your room. Access to the living room TV, compters, printer, kitchen, dishes, refrigerators, freezers, bath towels, toiletries. I do not smoke and the building is no smoking. We have a balcony with canopy for you to smoke. We take turns cleaning the bathroom.
