We were wanting more space to start our family. What do you love about this place? It's one of the more budget friendly options in town but a hidden gem. Our apartment is a decent size, has great flow, and backs up to a wooden area for complete privacy. The Complex... We've had a great experience living here, we wouldn't want to leave if we could get more space. The leasing office staff is very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is super fast, never had an issue. Residents have access to two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. There is also a small fitness center with some decent cardio machines. Washer and dryer is shared in every building (8 apartments) but I've never had any issue. Plenty of parking, no covered spots though. The place is very pet friendly, we don't have one but could get a pet deposit set up for you. The apartment doesn't have it's own outdoor space, but the complex is very green and has great open options to spend time in. The Apartment... The apartment is two bedrooms, one bathroom. The master has a huge walk in closet and vanity area. It's about 1,000 square feet. Otherwise typical living room, kitchen, dining area. The apartment will be unfurnished. Our apartment is in the back of the complex and faces a wooded area. So we constantly keep our blinds open to let in natural light, and with total privacy. We are on the second floor of our building. Our neighbors have been friendly, no issues there. We are looking for a tenant to move in March 1st, but we are willing to wait if we find the right tenant. If you do decide to move in, you will begin your own 1 year lease. The apartment normally costs $995 a month, we are asking for less in the hopes of find someone to sublet faster. So basically we will cover $200 of your first three months of rent (3 months is left on our lease). We will pay it all up front in cash as well.
