Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. The utilities included are well water, septic for sewer, lawncare, and a dumpster for garbage. There is a small yard. Our application fee is $50.00 per adult and we do check your credit, rental, and criminal history. One small dog will be allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00. Owner will not allow cats.
