the property was purchased in 1915, the home built in 1922, rebuilt to add an additional bedroom and half bath in 1972, and in 2001 we added central air and heating, an outdoor bbq and bar, re-plastered all the interior walls, and redid all of the outdoor surfaces, replacing all the concrete with New York bluestone. In 2009 we had the garage rebuilt and the entire exterior of the property painted.
