The Hawthorne is the conversion of the historic Nathaniel Hawthorne School into 37 modern loft apartments, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The Hawthorne is developed, owned and managed by Sustainable Community Associates. We are a small Cleveland based community development firm focused on catalytic projects that have an oversized impact on local neighborhoods. We love reimagining historic spaces and building great communities. We take great pride in our relationships with our residents and believe that their support and feedback fuel our mission.
