HOA Rules: Tenant agrees to comply with all San Miguel Ranch HOA rules and regulations. Any fines or penalties resulting from tenant violations will be charged to the tenant.
Entry & Inspection: Landlord may enter the property with proper notice as required by California law for repairs, inspections, or emergencies.
Termination: Early termination of the lease by tenant will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional charges as allowed by law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law: This lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
