There is also a half bath/powder room on the first floor. There are two 1000 gallon buried propane tanks that feeds a newly installed boiler to provide in-floor heat on the first floor, radiant heat on the second floor, and hot water for the whole house. Also the kitchen stove and oven are propane as well. The log home is conveniently located near both Ridgway and Ouray and only about a 45-50 minute drive to either Telluride or Montrose. Lease is for 1 year. Renter is responsible for electric, internet, garbage removal, and snow removal. The propane tanks will be completely filled prior to rental and tenant is responsible for filling the tanks at the time the lease ends. Please note there is a $3800 security deposit and a $2000 propane deposit to fill the two underground 1000 gallon propane tanks at the end of the lease.
