Off Route 375 at the end of Hasbrouck Lane is a driveway that goes along a large field, at the end is House on two acres. The land is private yet one mile to Woodstock town green. There are views of the mountains and sky. Also you might see geese taking off over your head as they assemble in a nearby pond. There is parking in front of the cottage. The building is nature-inspired with two large windows, 6x10, that span the entire front of the building and an 8x5 window in the bedroom. The house is completely insulated . The floors are wood.There's a large hanging iron chandelier and a separate bed room with a 4 post queen bed with night stands. There is a 4 burner oven stove for cooking and a large refrigerator that fits nicely in the kitchen area. Adding to your cooking possibilities, there is a grill outside . No fee Utilities- Tenant is responsible for Gas ,Electric, Cable and internet. Tenant is not responsible for field mowing.
