Walking distance to Capitol building (about 25 min walk), H St, Potomac Av, and eastern market. Also steps away from RFK fields, Kingman island and trails. Great place for graduate student, political staffer, or working professional/temporary executive housing on the Hill. Upstairs in the house are two working professionals in their early 40's. We work in the food and social impact space, community is important to us (for instance, we host Sunday night dinners each week), and we have a couple people over here and there but are generally pretty quiet.
