The area offers much more than skiing, with superb hikes to Mount Washington, the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Whale's Tale Water Park, Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch State Park, unparalleled fall foliage, and fabulous shopping in North Conway. This single-level home features a queen bed with a TV and attached full bath in the first bedroom, and two twin beds with a TV in the second bedroom. The living room includes a pull-out full sofa, and the condo is equipped with a gas fireplace, WiFi, a gas grill, a Keurig, board games, and a washer and dryer. Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities such as soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are included with your cleaning fee. The condo includes an EV charger to conveniently keep your vehicle going through it all. A pool and gym pass program is available, subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, with overflow parking available nearby. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies, and one dog is allowed. Please inquire about additional pets. Just minutes from the historical Mount Washington Hotel, one of the few remaining grand hotels of the White Mountains, you can enjoy its award-winning spa, restaurants, and a myriad of activities, from canopy tours and zip-lining to rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, golfing, scenic lift rides, disc golf, archery, tennis, fly casting clinics, and horseback riding. In the winter, enjoy both downhill and cross-country skiing in stunning scenery, plus ice skating, snow tubing, snowshoeing tours, dog sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and much more. Bretton Woods is the perfect home base to explore the innumerable attractions the White Mountains offer, including the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Story Land, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and more. The state parks Crawford Notch and Franconia Notch are also just minutes away, or go a bit further and spend the day shopping at the outlets in North Conway. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom, with additional guests incurring a $25 per person nightly surcharge. Parking is limited to protect the property and surroundings, and trailers, boats, and other larger vehicles may require special accommodations for parking.
