The sunny open concept dining and living area features a rustic dining table that seats four and comfortable furniture surrounding the gas fireplace, with access to the back deck offering mountain views. The pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. With its central location in the Bretton Woods resort, the only challenge you will face is deciding what to do. From hiking to skiing, golfing to zip lining, this home is the perfect base for your White Mountains vacation. Next to the golf course of Mt. Washington Hotel and minutes away from Bretton Woods Ski Area, you are ideally positioned to explore the area's attractions, including the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Story Land, and more. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. All association rules, especially Quiet Hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely no parties without express authorization. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Includes free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. A laptop computer is not included.
