Tenant pays for Zillow rental application. All occupants over 18 must apply and must have 680+ credit score, clear background check, and minimum total income of combined applicants to be at least $12,600/month. Short term rental that would end around May/June is top preference.
Absolutely no smoking on the property. Owner prefers no pets but is willing to negotiate a pet fee for the right applicant.
