The lease is through February 29, 2020, and rent is 1,161/month The apartment is unfurnished and comes with a full-size washer and dryer, microwave, exterior storage closet, balcony, and valet trash pickup. We have already payed the pet deposit, so pet move-in is free! The apartment complex is very pet friendly and has a pool, 24-hour fitness center, basketball/tennis and sand volleyball courts, free resident parking, and a dog park. The location is close to USF and about a 10 minute walk to a USF shuttle stop. I'll have this apartment professionally cleaned before you move in.
