Just to let you know this house cost me 360.000.00 in 2020. I had the home built by Triple Crown homes and they inform me that the house would cost me 125,000.00 more to built it today. The very same house in Irish is listed by zillow 518.000.00 on a smaller lot and doesn't have sewage, and no location like College Park. I really don't see where Zillow get the number from.
