Move-in ready Utilities: Tenants will be responsible for gas, electricity, water, trash, and sewer services, with average monthly utility costs ranging from $200 to $250 for a household of two. Rental Terms: - The Zillow application is required for all adults. (18 over) - The first month's rent and a security deposit must be paid in advance. ($4000) - A minimum one-year lease is mandatory. - No smoking or Airbnb rentals are permitted. - Pets like dogs may be allowed upon prior approval, but an additional annual fee and a separate non-refundable pet rental agreement will apply - discussed as part of the application We are also open to considering 2- and 3-year long-term lease agreements. Tenants are responsible for utilities and minor yard work, while the owner will handle any maintenance issues.
