Average monthly utilities for a household of two are approximately $200 $250. Minor yard maintenance is the tenant's responsibility; the owner handles all maintenance and repairs Application Process Applications are processed through Zillow, and each adult applicant (18 or older) must submit a separate application. The process includes: Credit and background checks Employment verification Rental history verification A minimum one-year lease is required (discount is available for longer-term lease). A long-term agreements for qualified applicants. The first month's rent and security deposit are due at signing (any other fees related to pets). The rental application process will be managed through Zillow, which requires a paid application per adult (18 years and older). Average monthly utility costs are typically $250 $350 for a household of two. Rental Terms A Zillow application is required for all adults aged 18 and over. The first month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. A minimum one-year lease is required (or short term fee is added) No smoking or Airbnb / subleasing is permitted. Pets (dogs) may be allowed upon prior approval with a separate non-refundable pet rental agreement. A $75 one-time pet application fee applies per pet. Monthly Dog rent schedule: Small dogs (under 40 lbs): $100 per month Medium dogs (40 79 lbs): $150 per month Large dogs (80 100 lbs): $200 per month Cats or other small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are open to 18 month long-term lease agreements for qualified applicants. Tenants are responsible for utilities and minor yard work; the owner will handle all major maintenance and repairs.
