Application Process
Applications are processed through Zillow, and each adult applicant (18 or older) must submit a separate application.

Rental history verification
A minimum one-year lease is required (discount is available for longer-term lease).
A long-term agreements for qualified applicants. The first month's rent and security deposit are due at signing (any other fees related to pets).

The rental application process will be managed through Zillow, which requires a paid application per adult (18 years and older).

Rental Terms
