The home also features a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and silverware, and a two-car garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Farmers Branch combines small-town charm with big-city amenities, making it an ideal place for living and working. Home to over 4,000 businesses, including major corporations, the city boasts safe neighborhoods, numerous parks, and state-of-the-art facilities. Strategically located in North Dallas with easy access to major highways and airports, Farmers Branch stands out as a central business hub in the Metroplex. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. All cars must be parked in the property's garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards for pickup at 7 a.m. the next day. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation's nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Includes a game room for recreation and leisure pursuits and a media room thoughtfully curated for cinematic enjoyment with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment.
