The house has a Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and gas stove. Granite counter tops with nice lighting and a bar to eat at. No dining room just a large living space with a nice couch and TV. A laundry room with functional washer and dryer. We have tile floors in the house, and hunter green carpet in the bedroom. Internet hard lined to the bedroom. Fridge in the garage, gym equipment in the garage, and shelves and an attic for storage. Parking available in the driveway, in front of the house, and across the street. The location in the city is excellent being close to many stores and services that are very nice to have, including a marketplace shopping center with a theater and a farmers market open every Sunday. I am happy to do month to month or lease the room for up to 12 months, whatever works for you. There are no additional fees, just pay the deposit fee and pay rent, and the room is yours. There is no smoking in the house, but smoking outside if fine. I expect the room to be maintained to a reasonable degree and kept clean. That means vacuuming the room and not piling up dishes or trash. This upkeep should be done weekly.
