Room temps are usually around 70 to 71 at night Room temperatures can be controlled separately as needed by adjusting the register vents and main duct vent in attic Tile floor throughout house 3 couches and 83-in smart TV in living room with Amazon Firestick and YouTube TV High speed fiber-optic internet WIFI 300mbs up/down speed very reliable, never goes down. Filtered water is at the sink and at each refrigerator in the kitchen You get use of the washer and dryer You get full use of the kitchen fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/silverware/all appliances You get your own shelves in the refrigerators and freezers, and a cabinet for dry-goods We like to keep the main house area clean (no mess, no dirty dishes in sink) I make sure a basic cleaning each week throughout the main areas of the house (floors, kitchen, and bathrooms). I keep a spare washer, dryer, and refrigerator available, so in case one appliance breaks down, I can get a replacement installed usually the same day You will have parking space on the property, and no one else will need to park behind you There is bike/motorcycle/scooter parking available if needed. The room is generally furnished with a bed, desk, chair and dresser. But items can be removed or added as desired. Typically tenant will bring his/her own bed sheets/blankets. Room decor featured in photo is optional and tenant will usually redecorate as desired. THE LOCATION The house is located in Tamiami close to 132nd AVE and SW 40th ST. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood 1 mile to nearest store, 1 mile to a shopping centers/fast food, and 1 or 2 miles to a few different gyms nearby 15 min walking distance to the nearest bus stop on SW 8th street and 132nd AVE 30min to 1 hr drive from downtown or south beach depending on traffic. IDEAL PERSON We are looking for a professional who are friendly, respectful of other people and their possessions, and responsible. We keep the living areas and kitchen clean. So you must be clean in the common areas (clean kitchen/wash dishes immediately after using it). Alcohol is no problem and cigarette smoking is fine outside under the terrace. Vaping inside is ok as long as there is no smell No practicing music in house or playing loud music. No parties at the house. RENT: No long term contract - Rent month to month for as long as you need. I only need a 3 week notice if you need to move. Rent includes power, water, high speed fiber internet, toilet paper, disposable kitchen items (soap, trash bags, etc), all house repairs/maintenance/yard service, and basic weekly cleaning in house common areas (kitchen counters, floor areas, bathrooms). If you stay shorter than 2 months, I charge a $200 fee from the deposit, as its fairly time consuming to start the process over of finding and moving in a new house member. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. After the 5th there is a late fee of $30 per week late Deposit is equal to one month's rent for good credit. Deposit = 1.5 x rent for bad credit. Deposit is fully refundable. Total price to move in = 1 months' rent + deposit. Paying last month's rent up front isn't required. month to month. stay for as long as you like
