Many renovations include newer carpet, tile, and countertops. Bedroom sleeps two, and two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so unit sleeps four total. A highly desirable end unit, it is centrally located in the complex and very close to the clubhouse and on the main level. Laundry room is right below the unit. First month's rent and an additional one month's rent as a security deposit is required on lease signing. Owner will pay the HOA dues monthly (about $341 a month), and renter is responsible only for electric and internet utility costs.
