Against Community and City Regulations. Please utilize the garage and driveway for parking, Violation can lead to immediate eviction by legal authorities. 1.4: If any item (Furniture, Kitchen Items) is moved around make sure to return them back to the original position. 1.5: Maximum of Two Pet(s) of allowed in the house with a $150 pet fee and $300 pet deposit. 1.6: The decorative drinks in the Kitchen area are not for your consumption during your stay. 1.7: Kitchen Area: i.e., stove, sink, plates, pots and pans, if used should be cleaned and please leave the kitchen in a good condition. 1.8: Toiletries will be provided and restocked i.e Towels, Bath Soap, Toilet Paper, Tissues, Laundry Detergents, Fabric Softeners, Bleach etc. Please inform the host when you run out of any of these items. Personal hygiene items like toothbrush, toothpaste, Shower gel might be provided. 1.9: Laundry room: If unsure of how to operate the laundry machines, please let the host know. 1.10: Fitness equipment available in the garage: Caution must be taking when using the equipment to prevent bodily harm or injury and also to avoid damage to any of the equipment. 1.11: Electronics: In the media room and the main living room, please contact the host If unsure of how to operate it. A smart tv is provided in each room for extra comfort and entertainment with Netflix. 1.12: Behavior: Please conduct yourself in an appropriate manner at all times as this is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. 1.13: Any complain you might have about anything please contact me (the host) so I can try to resolve the issue immediately. 1.14: Ensure nothing is damaged during your stay. You must replace any item that you damage before you check out, if you are unable to before you leave, let the host know of any incident.
