    This home is a remodelers project. The home needs pretty much a total remodel. It has been empty for a few years and the heirs don't know the needs to the house. It does have a metal roof and the floors seem to be solid. There is what appears to be a parking carport attached to the house that probably needs to be removed and there are several outbuilding on the property. The land has a nice character to it and it has several trails and good views. There is a lot of debris on the property but the possibilities are numerous.
