    Room is spacious with walk-in closet and its own bathroom. Great natural lighting. You can choose to keep it furnished or we can unfurnish it so you have full flexibility. The house as a whole is large and open. Lots of space to move around, entertain, hang out, etc. Pantry is walk-in and is divided so everyone can have their own shelf. There will be a roommate agreement to sign which in summary covers the following topics: 1. Utilities & Rent Landlords pay for internet and house utilities (water, electricity). Other roommates pay a flat rent fee 2. House Rules Respect each other's quiet enjoyment, property, privacy, and schedules. No smoking inside (only outside with proper disposal). Alcohol allowed with all roommates' consent. No illegal activity. Parties/gatherings require unanimous consent and proper permits; hosts must clean up 3. Guests Guests must stay in the host's room or shared spaces, not others' rooms. Limit: 3 consecutive nights, 7 nights per month unless all approve. Any roommate can revoke a guest's stay if disruptive. 4. Use of Property & Shared Spaces No borrowing personal items without approval. Shared spaces: kitchen, living areas, laundry (with courtesy rules). Respect pantry divisions, keep noise low at night, conserve utilities 5. Cleaning & Duties Chores (kitchen, bathrooms, trash, etc.) to be divided fairly. Landlords may assign chores if standards are not met. 6. Damages Roommate (or their guest) causing damage is responsible. Unclear damages are split equally. Disputes resolved by negotiation, mediation, or landlord intervention 7. Termination & Vacating A roommate may be removed for nonpayment, lease/agreement violations, or rule breaches. Property left unclaimed for 15 days after departure may be discarded or sold to cover debts
