Furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished monthly cottage rental in wonderful waterfront community with beach, trails, marina, clubhouse, playground and tennis courts. Has lovely heating wood fireplace and large screened porch. Located on quiet street in forested landscape with large grass yard, mowing, snow shoveling and leaf removal is tenants responsibility (weekly yard waste pu included along with recycle and refuse). Degree of furnishings available upon request including basic kitchen and bath essentials. Water cost included, other utilities are extra, electricity cost based on use, average $150/m (new Mitsubishi efficient unit), high speed internet $50/m wo tv. Full access to community amenities included along with events and organizations, bowling, volleyball, teams, camp, holiday celebrations, etc... Must abide by Community rules. This was our family cottage, so could also be used as second weekend residence. Tenancy less than 3 months requiring furnishings must pay minimal moving fee.
