We are renting out 3/4 of a house, the other 1/4 is being used 3 days mid week for my husband's business. The sections are locked off and each has a separate entrance. It has a patio area and small backyard and a shared garage, with separate doors. It is furnished, with a full sized bed in the bedroom. We are renting on a short term basis, for 4 months(or less if that works better for you) initially, then month to month. After that time, tenant or landlord may give a 30 day notice. Owner pays for electricity, water, gas and garbage. No smoking on property. Parking in garage, or on the street only. Security deposit due on signing lease. No pets.
