The second level has a great living space, dining room, powder room, fenced yard, modern kitchen, and front porch with amazing views of Crested Butte South and surrounding mountains. The third level hosts two bedrooms with deep closets, large windows, and vaulted ceilings. First month's rent (2750$) and 1500$ security deposit due up front. Looking for a 1 year lease, or at least that is my goal. The home comes with some but not all of the furniture in the photos (couch, tvs, dining room table, kitchen desk, rustic wood guest bed and mattress, and a few other pieces will stay). I am including trash, recycling, fixed water costs, and driveway snow removal in the rent price. You pay for water consumption (how much you use), electricity, gas, internet, and are responsible for shoveling the front deck (from what I am told, not much snow falls on the front deck) and the concrete area in the rear yard near the sliding door so snow doesn't pile up against the house when it slides down off the lower roof). Parking: 1 car garage, and 1 dedicated outdoor lot spot. Plus a small overflow lot and nearby street parking. Looking for someone who will treat this home as their own and will effectively communicate with me regarding repairs and concerns. I live in Boulder, and therefore have reduced the rent below market value to account for the fact that I will depend on you to be my eyes and ears (sending pics of maintenance items, communicating with contractors when they arrive, communicating back to me, etc) I'm only giving tours to people who line up with the lease term (1 year min) and have called me and/or filled out an application. I do not like to endlessly email back and forth. Prefer for a quick phone convo instead. I take pride in being a solid landlord, and I will provide you with references from 5-7 current or former tenants of mine. I rent out a few properties as a side hustle.
