There's a convenient office/dining space off of the kitchen, a big bedroom with lots of storage, a living room with large windows, and a decent sized bathroom with plenty of storage space. There's also a huge unfinished basement that offers room to store things. There are hookups for a washer/dryer. If you want a washer/dryer, you must install your own washer/dryer, and you must pay a slightly increased bill. All utilities are paid by the landlord. We'd also like to add that we have management that always puts YOU and your needs first. Landlord pays all utilities, allows up to 3 pets (depending on size), needs to be at least a 6-month lease, no smoking inside, tenant is in charge of shoveling/mowing the front yard area.
