Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
