    Imagine owning the PERFECT gulf-front condo- if so, this is exactly what you are looking for ! Our condo is unit 405 and it is located in the San Carlos complex less than 4/10 of a mile from the intersection of Gulf Shores Parkway and East Beach Blvd.. We have used this unit as a rental and it has great returns since it is a very high demand low floor, 3 king bedroom condo. Our 5 year average is 48,565.00 for the rent itself and does not include the cleaning or sales tax. Our family also stays some and we give a 20 % discounts to friends that stay. Our 2016 rentals are currently at 37,625.00 so we should be in-line for a comparable year.  We self-manage the unit ourselves with guests telling us time and time again how impossible it is to find 3 king bedrooms anywhere. It is a tremendous asset plus the fact it is a low floor condo. Of course, it is certainly open for private living too. It has been decorated very tastefully decorated with somewhat of a tropical theme with palms, florals and seaside items. It is well maintained and had  replaced the HVAC unit in the spring of 2010 . The tile has been upgraded and we recently replaced the carpet in all three bedrooms about 4 years ago . The private balcony is also tiled and has all weather wicker furniture. All appliances remain in the unit and it has service for 12 plus very well appointed kitchen with pantry. We replaced the dishwasher and washing both in fall 2015. Our condo also has a washer and dryer behind doors in the hallway There is also a private owners' closet. The living room 2 year old custom sleeper sofa with Tommy Bahama line of tables and entertainment console. There is seating for six at the dining area plus 4 counter-height stools. The bedrooms are all kings sized and have beautiful dressers and nightstands. The closets are all large with the master closet being located off of the master bathroom dressing area. Two of the bathrooms have tub and shower combos with the master has a large corner shower and separate jetted tub. The master bath also boasts a large private dressing area with double sink vanity. There are blinds on the two front windows plus room darkening drapery on every window. The condominum has cable and Wi-Fi. The complex itself has covered parking available, a top notch fitness center (with a view) and sauna (all located on the 2nd floor) plus a large outdoor zero entry pool. It also has a very nice BBQ area . The San Carlos is also pet-friendly for owners. In the fall of 2016 the complex will be expanding the pool deck and adding hot tub(s). Our condo is located just of the elevator foyer so it is protected from the weather. This means you won't have to worry about the heat, cold or rain and the electric is very reasonable since you have this buffer. The complex has a top-notch on-site manager who oversees daily operations. There is also on-site security. The beach service offers a discount to owners if they wish to rent chairs. The complex has a very nice owner's/conference area complete with kitchen, a nice fitness center and sauna plus a large outdoor bbq area.
