Liberty Beall is a new mixed use development featuring restaurateur Mike Mariola's new concept, Mariola Italian, on the first floor and 8 luxury apartments on the second floor. Located at the intersection of East Liberty Street and Beall Avenue, Liberty Beall will be the centerpiece of the growing neighborhood and, along with the other entertainment businesses, provides a gateway between The College of Wooster and Wooster's historic public square. The Liberty Beall residential units will feature high-end finishes and amenities, and are conveniently located to enjoy the vibrant mix of businesses in the area. You will be asked to make a 24-month commitment pursuant to a written lease, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
